What You'll Do:

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and facility operations
  • Ensure compliance with EASA/FAA Part 145 and customs regulations
  • Develop, implement and track process improvements
  • Perform regular data analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage budgets, audits, and export control activities
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Lead and develop the logistics team
  • Ensure accurate customs declarations
  • Identify training needs and support staff development
  • Handle regulatory queries and review purchasing activities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience with 5+ years in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, and facility management roles, preferably within the aviation industry or a regulated environment
  • Trainings in local customs compliance, import/export regulations, and aviation-specific requirements under Part 145
  • Experience with aviation MRO logistics and high-value parts control
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Arabic language is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and compliance
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
