Manager Market Steering

▪Design and manage cross-departmental Business Plans for dedicated Porsche Asia Pacific markets, and act as the key account manager
▪Manage and steer operational and strategic sales revenue streams (new cars, used cars, equipment)
▪Design, coordinate and implement strategic and tactical measures including use of incentives and marketing budgets to promote sales
▪Support the Head of Region in daily operations
▪Support the Director in sales steering and strategy execution

▪Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related disciplines
▪Ideally 7 years of relevant working experience in luxury automotive, lifestyle or related business sectors
▪Very well versed in project management, negotiation, and problem-solving
▪Highly motivated team player with an open/growth mindset, and the ability to steer, monitor and motivate external partners
▪Good understanding of international markets, preferably with previous professional experience in a multi-cultural environment
