TasksTasks
  • Lead for a portfolio of services (Service Desk, End User 2nd Level Support, Application support) containing multiple teams and Customers;
  • Effective resource allocation on projects and staffing;
  • Responsible for the targets achievement;
  • Build effective relationship with the clients to maintain good revenue increase for the organization;
  • Support business strategy and portfolio development;
  • Escalation Management;
  • Monitor and review client’s project activities and ensure SLA & KPIs objective achievements;
  • Process optimization and automation;
  • Support in Service transitions;
  • People management – Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance review, Learning and Development, salary review, objective definition agreements;
  • Responsible for training and mentoring for Team Leaders;
  • Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth;
  • Third party (external partners) management;
  • Ensures that internal controls are in place and always followed by the department.
QualificationsQualifications
  • Experience in leading and delivering IT Services and Support;
  • 5 years + of leadership and operations experience in a multinational corporate environment in the IT Managed Services area;
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and direct staff working in IT support roles;
  • ITSM/ITIL knowledge and proven experience;
  • Advanced level of English and German;
  • Good problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels;
  • Ability to tackle complaints and resolve disputes and conflicts;
  • Expertise in process transitions, in the stability of operations and in the process improvement field;
  • Project management (agile, waterfall) experience is a plus.
