We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking an Occupational Training Specialist (f/m/x) at BMW Group Plant Debrecen   The specialist is independently capable to initiate, design and manage training measures for the qualification of employees. The specialist works closely with the departments in order to develop the necessary qualification maps and concepts. For the conception, development and implementation the specialist is responsible for finding suitable external suppliers and institutes whereas the specialist shall evaluate the qualifications formats carried out and steer the external partners.In doing so the specialist has to overtake the responsibility of the professional and business-related topics that are related to the supervised projects. Furthermore, the specialist supports the developments of competencies of the new training team through intensive transfer of knowledge.     What awaits you?   Implementing educational projects independently, educational counselling, analysing educational needs. Establishing and developing qualification measures for different methods/formats. Selecting, evaluating and controlling external training providers. Working in close cooperation with various specialist departments of the BMW Group Plant Debrecen and the central functions. Supervising the educational products for which the company is responsible.     What should you bring along?   Bachelor or Master´s degree in economics or social sciences or similar. Experience in working with and managing projects in the education field. Experience as a trainer would be an advantage. High customer focus. Independent and results-oriented way of working.
