Key Responsibilities
Purchase orders are executed in time, budget, quality and specification. Budgets are fully aligned with project organization.
Order execution process is in line with global and regional category strategy.
Delivery schedules are monitored and delivery reliability is ensured in collaboration with Expediting.
Supplier performance is closely monitored and managed in collaboration with head of RSCO, RCM or GCM.
Working closely with our internal customers and stake holders to understand the needs and resolve issues, resolving delivery problems and bottlenecks.
Requirements:
1-3 years’ experience in supplier chain related roles which can develop a basic understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and build up experience in handling vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods, which hones negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Good communication skills and ability to a positive supplier influence.
Willingness to cooperate with larger, cross functional teams.
ERP using experience.
