A day in the life
As a Partner Sales Manager for Public Sector and Global/National Systems Integrators in Germany, you'll connect with partner executives to drive AWS practice development and growth. You'll analyze partnership metrics, create enablement programs, and collaborate with AWS teams to strengthen partner capabilities. analyzing partnership performance metrics, or working with account teams to align partner capabilities with market opportunities.
You'll regularly coordinate with multiple stakeholders - from technical teams to C-level executives - ensuring our partners are equipped to support public sector digital transformation.
Your day might include developing strategic business plans, facilitating technical workshops, or coordinating with solutions architects and account managers to support partner success. Whether you're mentoring partners on AWS best practices or building executive relationships, you'll help shape how systems integrators and consulting firms enable public sector transformation.

- Successful track-record (exceeding quota and key performance metrics) with consulting or technology partners through account management, program management and business development
- Experience in the German Information Technology industry with ability to influence C-level decision makers as well as field based resources.
- Ability to work effectively across large and sometimes complex internal and external organizations
- Operating skills (forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, business cadence)
- Technical acumen, Business fluency in German & English
- Prior experience working with AWS Consulting Partners and/or Technology partners
- Understanding of AWS, cloud architecture and infrastructure
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- An entrepreneurial spirit, including the ability to work independently and autonomously
