HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent education and business acumen
- 5+ years leading complex technical projects (rail/plant engineering preferred)
- Fluent negotiation skills in English and Hungarian mandatory; Basic German knowledge of advantage
- Equal parts strategic visionary and operational executor
- Natural talent for contract engineering and claim management
- PMP/IPMA certifications valued, not required
