• Manage Henkel’s participation in ESG ratings and rankings relevant for investors and customers ensuring, the company's leading positioning
  
• Coordinate project management efforts for ratings and related activities, fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance documentation and streamline processes
  
• Evaluate evolving expectations of ratings and identify areas for improvement, taking into account market trends and regulatory changes to maintain Henkel's competitive edge
  
• Provide support in sustainability reporting efforts, including compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other disclosure requirements
  
• Work on ad-hoc projects and duties as required by management
  
• Work in gremia and engage in advocacy efforts to drive ESG initiatives with internal and external stakeholders

• Master’s degree in Sustainability, Management, Finance or a related field 
  
• 5 years of relevant professional experience with focus on project management, sustainability management or sustainability reporting and ratings 
  
• Knowledge in project management, sustainability management, processes, documentation, analytics, expertise in environmental topics fields like climate, water
  
• A strong multi-tasker-capable of planning, organizing details with the ability to prioritize and coordinate
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management (e.g. agile, waterfall project management methodologies)
  
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g. CSRD) and rating methodologies
  
• Sustainability expertise, related to e.g. ratings and rankings and sustainability reporting
  
• Specialized knowledge in environmental fields such as climate change, water management, biodiversity and resource efficiency is a plus
  
• Expertise in developing and optimizing processes and documentation
  
• Strong interpersonal skills while communicating effectively on all levels within the organization
  
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organizational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward
  
• High attention to quality and detail
  
• Business Proficiency in English, German is a plus
