Administration Finanzdienstleistung Warschau 15.02.2024 Purchasing Specialist Your responsibilities: Daily cooperation and relationship management with suppliers. Cars ordering and coordination part of the delivery process. Constant monitoring, analysis and reporting cooperation suppliers level. Support in preparation and running RFQs and tenders for the suppliers Support in scope of preparation agreements with the suppliers from business point of view. Constant identifying purchase cost saving areas. Suppliers negotiations. Cooperation with other business departments within the company.   Our requirements from ideal candidate: At least 3 years of successful experience position in sourcing / procurement in B2B sector. Excellent negotiations skills (proven track record). Effective communication skills on multiple levels in the organization and to external partners. Excellent organizational skills (deadlines keeping, accuracy, prioritization). Networking and relationship skills. Independence in action and initiative. Focus on efficiency and purchase cost saving. Excellent knowledge of MS Office package. Fluent English. Master degree in Business or Economy. Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.   What we offer: Contract of employment.
