Core Trading Technology team in Berlin focuses on development of low latency electronic trading platform and services for FX, Rates&Credit, Listed Derivates businesses. We work on super-fast market data feeds, connectivity to exchanges and other electronic venues, algo pricing and trading, order management systems and frameworks; we capture petabytes of data and power analytics for traders and quants.

We are looking for QA Automation Engineer, ready to join the strong team of developers, QA and infrastructure engineers. You will work in tight collaboration with quant developers and traders on the desk to deliver best class trading solution for FX business. You will report to the team lead, and directly collaborate with business departments and both local and remote developers and project managers from partnering teams. Together with the team you will work on a full life cycle of a product, from architecture design to implementation.

Your key responsibilities

• Designs and conducts testing procedures and frameworks to verify software and other technical products, ensuring expected functional performance through automation.

• Investigates instances where automated tests fail or where software and technical products do not perform as expected, driving root cause analysis.

• Drives the adoption of recognized best practices and policies in test automation, contributing to the ongoing improvement of methodologies and assets.

• Collaborates with counterparts across the business to raise the standard of QA, particularly in test automation, across the bank.

• Applies expertise in Performance Testing, Test Automation, and Test Processes to build robust and efficient testing solutions.

Your skills and experiences

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test suites for C++ applications.

• Strong expertise in integrating automated tests within a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

• Hands-on experience with TestHawk for test management and execution.

• Proficiency in Python for scripting, test automation development, and tooling.

• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices, including performance testing and test process optimization.
