We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager of HSE & Quality to lead improvements in health, safety, environmental, and quality policies across all operations within the region. This role ensures compliance with global standards and local regulations while fostering a strong safety and quality culture.
Quality & HSE Manager
Regional Quality & HSE Manager - Latin America

Improvement HSE and Quality policies aligned with global standards and local regulations.

Develop regional HSE and Quality strategies, adapting them to regulatory requirements and operational contexts.

Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality laws, lead internal and external audits and inspections.

Monitor and report HSE and Quality performance metrics.

Define processes to reduce waste, emissions, and resource consumption while improving product and process quality.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with global leadership to ensure alignment and escalate critical issues.
Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field.

Proven experience in HSE leadership, including risk management, prevention programs, and emergency response.

Experience managing safety audits, inspections, and mitigation plans.

Familiarity with risk analysis tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience in Quality Management

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
