As a CoP Delegate & Auditor at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. What awaits you? Coordinating Conformity of Production (CoP)-requirements in the plant by preparing and maintaining required CoP test planning including plant internal budget planning (transparent presentation in CoP -circles and escalation if needed) and monitoring adherence to test plan. Being responsible for the fulfillment of the CoP -requirements by steering internal labs and assessing their test results, managing teams and working groups (moderation, administration, team management, technical management), working closely within the CoP -functions from the central departments as well as tracking and monitoring vehicles within the CoP -process. Taking on the further development of standards (e.g. methods, tools, strategy, analysis systems) and reporting will also be among your responsibilities. Representing the plant in internal and external CoP-audits, planning and coordinating all CoP-audit related activities, as well as preparing and performing audits within the different technologies and assuring the proper implementation of measures. As an auditor (ISO 9001) in the plant you will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and further development of the quality management system in plant Debrecen. Controlling QMS activities in the plant (ensuring QM system, including coordination via all affected interfaces), identifying potential in the quality management system, developing creative solutions and coordinating these with managers across technologies. What should you bring along? Degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, quality management or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way, as well as subject-specific additional qualification. Automotive product knowledge. Moderation and presentation strength. Good communication skills and affinity to work with many interface partners. Profound handling of MS Office. Willingness to travel in the BMW group network (during and after the qualification program).
