Work with us to build production systems for car body construction, electric drives (high-voltage storage and electric motor) and other technologies. What awaits you? Oversee the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of the quality management system across all aspects of our energy module production, adhering to relevant regulations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and tracking progress. Manage and review control processes, ensuring they are structured, well-resourced, and effectively support consistent quality production. Take ownership of qualification processes, guaranteeing that personnel and equipment meet the necessary standards for quality production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, engineering, and quality control to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the quality management system.   What you should bring along? Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. 5+ years of experience in production with a strong understanding of manufacturing technology, particularly in the automotive or electromobility sector. Experience as a senior production specialist or methodologist in a production environment, ideally with exposure to automated production processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
