What is the role about? Take part in the full recruitment life cycle, from screening applications and conducting phone interviews to the organization of assessment centers and extending offers Be an inspiring ambassador of Tourlane to engage with candidates and keep them excited throughout the interview process Be the liaison between hiring managers and candidates at every step of the process and communicate transparently to deliver an excellent candidate experience Build trust and strong relationships with your hiring managers and manage their expectations Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes across the entire hiring lifecycle Participate in various recruitment initiatives (employer branding, candidate experience, interview training, D&I, ...) What will you need to be successful? You have successfully completed your studies in psychology, sociology or business administration with a focus on human resource management You have positive energy and you are excited about working in a fast-paced and high-volume Recruiting environment. You already have 2 years of experience in recruiting You speak German fluently, as you will be recruiting for the DACH market You are a great communicator, striving to build trust and strong relationships with your stakeholders You have a quick and effective thought process to get things done You are extremely responsible, work in a structured way and are able to manage your priorities and rapidly adapt to changes in the initial plan You deeply care about the candidate experience And last but not least, you have a passion for travel!
