We are looking for a Regional Total Rewards Advisory & Governance professional to strengthen our People & Culture organization and ensure excellence, compliance, and consistency across all Total Rewards practices in the region.

Regional Manager P&C Solution Total Rewards
People & Culture Solution

Serve as the regional authority for Total Rewards topics up to GG13.

Ensure aligned, compliant and transparent implementation of global Total Rewards standards.

Support Compensation processes (salary structures, market pricing, ASR insights).

Oversee regional Benefits design, administration, and vendor management.

Lead job architecture application and evaluations (GG01–GG13).

Drive operational excellence, ensuring quality analytics and reporting for P&C and Finance.

Contribute to global initiatives, bringing regional insights and supporting global rollouts.

Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.

Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.

Comfort working in global, multicultural environments.

Ability to ensure compliance while partnering with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Economics, or Psychology.

Advanced English (active participation in global meetings).

Microsoft Office proficiency.

On‑site availability: ability to work 2–3 times per week from the office.
