We are looking for a Regional Total Rewards Advisory & Governance professional to strengthen our People & Culture organization and ensure excellence, compliance, and consistency across all Total Rewards practices in the region. Regional Manager P&C Solution Total Rewards
People & Culture Solution

In this position, you will:
  • Serve as the regional authority for Total Rewards topics up to GG13.
  • Ensure aligned, compliant and transparent implementation of global Total Rewards standards.
  • Support Compensation processes (salary structures, market pricing, ASR insights).
  • Oversee regional Benefits design, administration, and vendor management.
  • Lead job architecture application and evaluations (GG01–GG13).
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring quality analytics and reporting for P&C and Finance.
  • Contribute to global initiatives, bringing regional insights and supporting global rollouts.

  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
  • Comfort working in global, multicultural environments.
  • Ability to ensure compliance while partnering with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Economics, or Psychology.
  • Advanced English (active participation in global meetings).
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • On‑site availability: ability to work 2–3 times per week from the office.
  • Spanish language skills. (Nice to Have)
