You have several years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or have worked in similar roles before (e.g. Business Analyst, Business Solution Architect, Functional Analyst, System Analyst) You have a clear understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, validation, and management practices You know how to translate complex business questions into specific requirements, relevant metrics and insights using various methodologies (e.g. UML, BPMN), tools and techniques. You are able to act as a strong partner towards your team and stakeholders and have good facilitating, leading and observational abilities Your strong communication skills in English enable you to support in the right decision making. German language skills are a plus. You are enthusiastic about software and process solutions. Ideally, you have an IREB, IIBA or OMG certification. You support the product management operational processes and provide the backbone for our strategic product portfolio management through data-driven decision-making. You elicit requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, storyboards, surveys, use cases and other methods and translate those into the design of new features for our core product. You will transform new ideas into concepts and requirements, design future processes and develop the best solution together with the development team. You will act as the bridge between the development and the consultancy team and you will be an expert for the conceptual and technical future developments of our product. You will lead requirements validation activities to confirm that a solution based on the requirements would meet customer needs and achieve the business objectives. You will be responsible for competitor analysis as well as researching and understanding user experience and behavior. You will produce product analysis and develop new business cases for our software. We offer you a flexible home office option and a permanent work location in Berlin.
