Sales Manager Engine Services EMEA

The position falls within Lufthansa Technik and will be responsible for:

• Leading sales projects, including contract negotiations for the technical product part, in close coordination with the responsible Corporate Sales Organization and taking into account the segment's targets.

• Independently managing sales projects, acquiring new customers and developing customer loyalty.
• Taking accountability for and preparing proposals, quotations, business planning and risk assessment.
• Preparing for risk analyses as part of segment risk management, presenting and evaluating risk profile.
• Drafting contracts in accordance with the requirements of the business unit and negotiating with customers.
• Developing and coordinating customer specific solutions and sales strategies.
• Collecting and analyzing competition information, deriving and implementing measures.
• Advising segment and department management on alternative courses of action and risks within the sales process.
• Taking accountability for the transition from the acquisition phase to contract fulfillment.
• Attending customer visit.
