Our Salesforce Consultant (f/m/x) has the independent task of providing expert advice and internal consulting to multiple global projects in both MBM and MB in order to develop and deliver the best possible Salesforce platform to meet our business needs. Your tasks will be: Conduct and facilitate workshops in order to design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business Provide projects with expert consultant advice on all aspects of Salesforce eco system of products Negotiate platform level solutions and processes with multiple stakeholders that meet project needs while taking into account the global enterprise MB group level strategy Identify new opportunities for efficiency and digital transformation, initiating new projects where applicable Gain and maintain all relevant Salesforce eco system certifications and accreditations Complete continuous training to maintain expert level knowledge and understanding Support, contribute to and champion CXO design authority (governance) guidelines and principles Identify and resolve/escalate conflicts within projects to maintain CXO strategy Work with Salesforce to understand upcoming product developments and how they affect our Salesforce implementation and how we can leverage new functionality to its maximum Identify opportunities to work with Salesforce to develop their standard products in ways that can be mutually beneficial T echnical leadership of an agile working team in a dynamic environment Qualifikationen What you bring to the table: You have a degree from university or poly technical college or comparable and proven project management working experience You are familiar with agile project management, methods and Salesforce Ability to provide a platform strategy on an enterprise level, ideating new opportunities to deliver new efficiencies in all areas of the business Excellent business negotiation language skills in German & English S trong analytical & organizational capabilities Strong problem solving capabilities and flexibility Enjoys working in an international and multicultural setting and willing to High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently Strong analytical capabilities and ability to take on a strategic as well as an operational perspective Ability to coordinate issues with stakeholders at different management levels Additional information: It is a permanent position.
