Tasks
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews)
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile team, supporting team development and self-organization.
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices. 
  • Track team performance metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown, using them for continuous improvement and complete KPI files.
  • Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and transparency within the team.
  • Facilitate communication between development teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Monitor sprint velocity and adjust if necessary.  
  • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or dependencies.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports.

Requirements
  • Work experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Business English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, team capacity) and ability to support continuous improvement.
