As a Senior Specialist Sales, you will be responsible for supporting commercial and operational processes to dealers. In addition, you will be responsible of configuring our financial offer in the customer and dealer view system.   Responsibilities. Execute F&I Product & Pricing training. Support to F&I network during quotation process (special quotations, issues in the system, etc.) Prepare benchmark analysis with regards to brand, customer, dealer, pricing and product development. Prepare communication and give support for employee's program. Prepare monthly offer in origination systems, Support with implementation of insurance offer. Support during purchase processes. Monitor and responsible within sales area of payment process to vendors. Monitor and responsible within sales area of payment process to dealers. Provide the appropriate presence and communication to enhance retailer commercial lending, insurance, indirect business, and internal efficiencies to ensure retail partners are delivering the highest quality service. Identify opportunities and implement innovative process improvements with retail partners through ongoing training.   Qualifications and experience. Bachelor's degree on Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in banking or financial services, preferrable. 2+ years of experience in IT projects including performing UAT as business user, preferrable. Customer service skills (active listening, problem solving and ethics). Microsoft Office skills. Fluent in English language. Sen. Spec.
