Our Statements application gives clients clear, timely insight into their financial activity -delivering accurate account statements and reporting that support smarter cash‑management decisions.
As a Senior Business Functional Analyst, you will work closely with business users and engineering teams to translate requirements into functional solutions and support the end‑to‑end delivery of the Statements application.

Your key responsibilities
Analyse business and functional needs, working closely with business users to understand requirements and clarify market or operational needs.
Design functional solutions by partnering with engineers on high‑level workflows and breaking them down into clear, detailed user stories.
Coordinate across teams, supporting alignment between business users, product owners, and IT teams during end‑to‑end design and delivery.
Translate requirements for engineering, preparing clear functional specifications and collaborating with QA to ensure implemented features meet expectations.
Support user acceptance testing, helping business users validate functionality and consolidating feedback for the engineering team.
Contribute to product demos, delivering regular overviews to users and supporting sprint reviews with product stakeholders.
Your skills and experiences
Solid hands‑on experience in business and functional analysis, including working with requirements from initial concept through delivery
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business users and technology teams
Fluent written and spoken English; German is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, learn quickly, and propose practical solutions
Experience with software development or testing processes
Hands‑on knowledge of SQL for analysis and validation is an advantage
