As a Senior Consultant – Finance Transformation (Accounting & Controlling) (m/w/d), you will be a strategic driver of change in the CFO organization. Together with our clients, you will shape future-ready finance functions that are digital, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

• Strategic Advisory: You advise CFOs and senior stakeholders on transforming their finance organizations, focusing on areas such as performance management, planning & forecasting, and finance operating models
• Transformation Leadership: You lead the analysis of finance processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design innovative target operating models that enable Finance Process and Accounting Excellence
• Digital Enablement: You integrate cutting-edge technologies such as cloud platforms, automation, and AI into finance processes and oversee their successful implementation
• Value Creation: Your solutions enhance transparency, agility, and decision-making capabilities across the finance function – from planning and forecasting to reporting and compliance (e.g. IFRS18, ESG Reporting)
• Collaboration & Ownership: You take ownership of key workstreams, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and present impactful results to clients and stakeholders

• Outstanding academic background in business administration, economics, business informatics or a related field – with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, or in the finance function of a domestic or international company
• Strong understanding of finance processes, accounting standards (e.g. IFRS/HGB), internal controls and ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)
• Analytical mindset and structured working style, combined with a solution-oriented approach and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken for collaboration in international project teams, as well as willingness to improve your German language skills
