Senior Fixed Assets Accountant with German in Bundled Solutions

• Record in the accounting system newly acquired fixed assets and those disposed
• Track, compile, and record project costs in fixed asset accounts; close out the accounts at the completion of the projects
• Perform depreciation calculation for all fixed assets

• Perform reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledger balance with summary-level account in the general ledger
• Perform an update on the detailed schedule of accumulated depreciation and fixed assets
• Record fixed assets by creating and supervising a system of procedures, forms, and controls
• Recommend any updates to the SOP affecting fixed assets taking into account all process changes and updates in MAUI
• Allocate tag numbers to fixed assets to effectively track them
• Perform analysis related to fixed assets when requested by management
• Be the first contact person for the Fixed Assets matters for the Bundled Solutions Group Clients
• Prepare audit schedules for fixed assets and help out auditors when they have inquiries
