Senior Manager Internal Communications (m/w/d)

Within this role you will be responsible for taking over all relevant topics regarding internal communications as well as incident management. You will work closely together with the business units and the board
of directors.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing and coordinating all internal communications in close cooperation with the board of directors
- Responsible for development and management of first-class internal communications processes, tools and templates
- Controlling the professional set-up, implementation and support of internal campaigns on various corporate topics
- Responsible for copy writing, & editing of key internal communications
- Determination of communication needs as well as implementation within the framework of the coordinate communication strategy
- Review and approval of all internal German and English-language publications within the framework of the coordinated communications concept
- Managing and developing information policies on sensitive/critical topics
- Taking the lead in further development of communications in incident management
- Translation and transcription of messages according to target audience, e.g. from internal to external, from board to ´all hands´
Your Profile
- University degree in Business / Communications or something similar
- Several years of professional experience in Communications and Internal Communications, preferably in a MedTech or B2B environment, agency experience also considered
- Experiences in copywriting and alignment with C-Level
- Project management experience with respect to communication campaigns and incident management and preparedness
- Confident handling of MS Office and other technical tools
- Native or near native English and German skills
