WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our team Supply Chain Management & Asset Optimization, you ensure high‑quality global master data and support efficient end‑to‑end processes.

• As part of your role, you define and manage global master data processes together with Business Experts from OTC, P2P, Planning and Manufacturing.
• You also analyze current data setups, identify gaps and drive sustainable improvements in data quality.
• Moreover, you organize knowledge exchange and provide training to ensure consistent process application.
• In addition, you support smooth ERP usage and contribute to global efficiency and digitalization initiatives.
• In this responsibility, you review master data structures, job profiles and authorizations, addressing conflicts such as SoD issues.
• Furthermore, you assist end users with access rights requests in AccessIT and maintain clear and consistent role definitions.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed commercial education with several years of experience in master data and authorizations
• strong IT knowledge, especially in MS Office, SAP ERP, SAP MABAS and AccessIT
• high consulting competence, strong analytical skills and a motivation to continuously develop yourself and others
• strong communication skills in German and English when working with internal stakeholders

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 48,000 – 52,000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience; for higher qualifications, 58,000 – 62,000 € are possible – In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success
• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options

• Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany – here a first impression
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks
