WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our unit Supply Chain Management & Asset Optimization, you shape global purchasing processes and strengthen operational excellence.

• As part of your role, you identify process issues, develop suitable solutions and ensure their successful implementation.
• You also support users in their daily operations and manage Change Requests within BASF’s global SAP system.
• Moreover, you lead cross‑regional projects and steer the global key user community.
• In addition, you drive automation, digitalization and standardization in SAP as well as in related processes.
• In this responsibility, you manage change activities, ensure knowledge transfer and coordinate testing together with key users.
• Furthermore, you train new users and maintain data enrichment tools such as ADET, GIMA, CMIR and PIR.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• degree in Business Informatics or a related field, plus several years of experience in supply chain environments
• strong knowledge of project and change management
• confident use of SAP applications, especially SAP MM, SAP PP and ideally SAP APO
• strong analytical skills along with very good organizational abilities and independent working style
• convincing communication skills in English and preferably German
• solid understanding of SAP master data and table structures
• excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel pivots and functions for complex data analysis

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 48.000 – 52.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience; for higher qualifications, 58.000 – 62.000 € are possible – In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success
