Within our Domestic Delivery Services Unit, we are responsible for the delivery of supply chain and customer order management services and relevant excellence activities.
- You establish and uphold standard operating procedures for managing shipment data quality processes.
- Furthermore, you monitor and maintain completeness of all events in the shipment lifecycle in track and trace tools.
- You create reports and analyses related to shipment data quality for different stakeholder meetings.
- In addition, you take ownership for implementation of new global strategic track and trace tools in EMEA region.
- You maintain high data availability from carriers and conduct root cause analysis for missing or incorrect data, implementing corrective actions as needed to prevent future occurrences.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or IT
- professional experience in Supply Chain Management and/or IT and carrier relationship management
- Experience in SAP (TM/WM)
- German and English, fluent in spoken and written
- Modern sustainable office building in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg with flexible working options, rooftop terrace and cafeteria for innovative and team-focused collaboration.
- Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
- Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs.
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 45.000 - 49.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
