Operations and Client Services

Our team supports and enables other domains in the Corporate Bank like liquidity management, payments, trade finance and lending to operate more efficiently and provide value to our clients more quickly. For this purpose, we are building a digital and automated Client Onboarding platform to grow revenue and reduce friction (costs/manual processes). The aim is to create a single product agnostic global Client Onboarding platform with self-service capability for the clients to request new deals and get setup quickly in order to transact.

As a Senior UI Engineer (f/m/x), you will help to shape the design and implementation of our platform and the applications that run on top of it. We are looking for a hands-on engineer with experience working in teams, interfacing with business stakeholders and UX Designers, and creating frontend applications that clients enjoy.

Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with our UX Designers to refine and improve the user interfaces and experiences we create
  • Make these designs reality in accordance with our design system and interface standards
  • Develop and document modular, responsive and scalable frontends by writing clear, maintainable and reusable code and taking part in code reviews
  • Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions within the team
  • Work in a cross disciplined agile team with shared responsibility and high autonomy

Your skills and experiences

  • Proficiency in frontend engineering based on modern frameworks and languages (e.g. React, TypeScript)
  • Hands-on experience with test-driven development and testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Playwright)
  • At least 5 years of overall technology experience
  • Hands-on familiarity with cloud platforms and backend engineering a plus
  • Experience working within Agile teams, applying iterative development and rapid feedback to continuously improve solutions
