Service Support Engineer (m/f/d) - Benelux

• Technical and commercial preparation of conversion quotations according to customer requirements
• Order entry and support of conversion orders
• Preparation and support of service meetings at customer site
• Develop and supervise customer-specific service contracts
• Actively follow up service support initiatives with key accounts
• Handling technical quality complaints
• Provide technical support for new service products
• Continuous improvement of service processes & tools

• Preferably a combined technical and commercial education (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering and business administration or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in technical sales of machinery and plant engineering, preferably in the food/beverage industry
• Very good data processing skills (MS Office/MS Project)
• Dutch/English Business fluent, German is an advantage
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working
