In our DACH department in our headquarters in Munich, Germany, we are happily employing a Solution Manager Sales (f/m) / 100% The Position Steering and liaising external partners to suggest a high level technical solution Acting as application owner for a defined set of applications in his/her domain Analyzing and refining demand requirements provided by Business Relationship Manager and business units for delivering the necessary IT services to business Developing rationale and performing scoping assessments to determine technical feasibility of solution Highlighting/identifying gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with relevant stakeholders Developing detailed and comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources The Requirements 3+ years of experience in designing and building solutions and applications in at least 1 of the following areas: Sales and Distribution, Shop Replenishment, Point of Sales, Mobile Sales and Process Integration 4+ years of experience in analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies 3+ years of functional solution development and documentation Bachelor degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, IT or equivalent In-depth understanding of business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry as a whole Analytical thinking abilities and client facing communication skills Knowledge of the relevant process landscape: market to order Experience in working with and capabilities to coordinate 3rd party IT service provider Solid understanding of architectural concepts and integration of Sales and Distribution applications in the overall application landscape Basic SAP ABAP or other programming skills beneficial Ability for project-related and global travel Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English as our corporate language (further languages desirable)
