  • By managing sustainability ratings (EcoVadis, CDP, MSCI), you help meet customer and investor expectations and enabling customer expectation management for the business units.
  • In collaboration with investor relations, you contribute to equity story, stakeholder engagement and conducting authorities advocacy as appropriate.
  • Across global teams, you share expertise and drive organizational upskilling by explaining requirements, providing clear implementation proposals, delivering training sessions and deep dives and presenting to customers, authorities and financial stakeholders.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • master's degree in economics, finance or business management with broad knowledge on business management, finance, and financial reporting
  • strong knowledge in ESG and sustainability reporting incl. ESG metrics, ESG management, related regulations and frameworks as well as certification schemes (UN Global Compact, GRI, TCFD, etc.)
  • several years of experience in financial and / or ESG reporting for companies, related stakeholder management, strategics as well as implementation of sustainability improvement plans and projects
  • solid understanding on methodological and legal requirements for CSRD reporting embracing double materiality assessment (DMA), impact, risks and opportunities (IRO) inventory and risk management, on corporate governance schemes and ESG ratings; investor relations experience beneficial
