Your responsibilities
You work in an exciting and international environment and personally contribute to the company's success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, for example:
- Consult BSH business areas and (Top-)management on organizational solutions and development.
- Lead organizational development and transformation projects from design to implementations in close collaboration with HR and business.
- Manage global org development governance framework, including BSH org model, Span of Control Regulation, org blueprints.
- Collaborate hand in hand with process- and regulation-management for seamless integration of organizational management systems.
- Provide org analytics and specific reports to business based on global HR and organizational data.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
- Expieriences in corporate organizational governance functions or internal consulting background with strong business and stakeholder orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Powerpoint. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analytics (Excel, Power BI) and experience in process modeling (BPMN) and project management.
