We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking a Strategic Structural Planner (f/m/x) at our BMW Group Plant Debrecen.   What awaits you?   Your responsibility includes the creation of target images (long term plant development), evaluations and realization of plant structure topics (e.g. overarching areas, building structure of the plant, pathways, parking and social areas). Deriving a plant-specific framework for action from overarching strategies and objectives. Optimization of competing objectives. Independent analysis and assessment of the impact of technology projects/decisions on overarching objectives/ decisions on overriding objectives. You will be responsible for representing the plant in the product projects and the early phase in cooperation with the "BMW Production System" function in BMWs headquarter. The evaluation of scenarios including results analysis, evaluation and plausibility checks as well as the preparation of the corresponding committee documents and the coordination of structurally relevant committees complete your area of responsibility.   What should you bring along?   Understanding of overall processes at productions sites and knowledge in production technology, production logistics and site logistics to improve overall processes. Degree in industrial engineering or similar technical degree program or comparable professional experience. 5 years of professional experience. High sense of initiative and responsibility and team-oriented work. In-depth knowledge of project management. English fluent both written and spoken.   What do we offer?
