As the Supply Chain Manager, you will perfom the following duties:

  • Overall optimization of the Supply Chain of aircraft parts for component customers in Asia Pacific
  • Manage the material flow involving in-house logistics company, warehouses, freight forwarders
  • Improve efficiency of supply chain - manage the quality and cost for logistics processes
  • Identifying and managing revenue opportunities and realize cross- and up-selling potential within area of responsibility
  • Continuous optimization of the supply chain for aircraft components and align with interfaces such as customer service, material planning, process center and airline customers
  • Preparing performance dialog with the customer and internal interfaces within LHT and lead it on the basis of the available reports and KPIs

* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

You must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain and / or Business Administration with strong academic record. MBA or equivalent Master Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics is an advantage
  • Experience in strategic and operational logistics and/or material planning and distribution
  • Excellent coordination and analytical skills
  • Ability to represent Lufthansa Technik in a consistent and professional way
  • Willing to travel extensively within Asia Pacific and to Europe
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Hong Kong
