Talent Acquisition Partner (Maintenance & Engineering)

Main tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinates recruitment and selection with hiring managers to ensure the right candidates are chosen.
• Designs and implements effective recruitment procedures, considering available time and resources.
• Organizes and executes recruitment campaigns, sometimes with external partners, to build a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Conducts tests and interviews to assess technical skills, abilities, and potential, and provides recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintains and updates the candidate database and recruitment statistics to inform management.
• Acts as an internal specialist for recruitment and stays up to date with labor market trends.
