How you can make an impact
Lead agile development processes, coordinating with involved parties to drive progress and meet deadlines efficiently.
Define and supervise software development tasks, offer guidance, and collaborate with the Product Owner on prioritization and backlog management.
Manage resource allocation for projects, engage in proposal development, and develop system descriptions.
Mentor team members, assist in shaping software processes, and ensure adherence to established standards.
Create and review documentation and participate in on-site testing as required.
How you will contribute
Master's degree in software engineering, robotics, or a related field.
Prior experience in overseeing product development, particularly in sensor systems.
Previous experience in the rail or related sectors would be beneficial.
Must possess resilience, flexibility, and strong communication skills, along with a blend of social and technical competencies.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German and other languages would be considered an asset.
