Your responsibilities:
- The TT II conducts training for customers, KHS employees and international customers on operation, maintenance and electrical aspects of designated KHS equipment.
- Trains, mentors and supports KHS Field Service Technicians by defining training plans, and working side-by-side on some specific jobs.
- Supports training material development and assists in the design of training documents, training programs for internal and external customers, and lesson plans.
- Supports training sales through proactive communication with customers.
- Presents information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
- Completes concise, accurate, professional and timely Training Reports, Expense Reports and other support documentation for customer visits and service activities.
- Provides management with timely verbal and/written reports on training projects.
- Follows all KHS administration, workplace, and safety policies, procedures and practices; maintains professional image.
- Wears appropriate uniform; maintains a professional appearance, demonstrates professional conduct and attitudes that positively promotes KHS business activities to all internal and external customers.
Your profile:
- Clear verbal communication and confidence to speak in front of groups.
- Didactical attitude that demonstrates knowledge on adult learning principles.
- Skilled in creating and developing training resources to support internal and external customers.
- Subject matter expertise on one or more KHS machine groups.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and electronical devices being used in KHS machines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least six years’ of combined service and formal training experience, five of those years in KHS
- Knowledge and experience with Kisters machinery or quivalent combination of education and experience.
- Travel up to 50%
- Valid drivers license and passport.
