Training Professional

As the Training Professional, you will perform the following duties:

• Supports Training Program initiatives to achieve site, customer and/or production goals
• Implements and manages program specific training plans throughout all phases of performance for assigned program
• Become subject-matter expert and conduct training courses for various training topics
• Assesses training needs of organization and effectiveness of courses
• Creates and conducts training presentations using a variety of media (PowerPoint slides, video, etc.) for company personnel
• Develops computer-based training courses using Articulate Storyline
• Coordinates class scheduling
• Monitor employees' qualifications and authorizations
• Fosters a work environment that is productive and conducive to respectful rapport with all team members
