Digital Experience

The Digital Experience tribe is focusing on the customer experience to improve the experience on our digital channels. The Corporate Bank Portal will be the eco system of the future where the clients can access all the needs in one single platform and exactly this platform and experience, we are creating within our tribe.

We are a team which is obsessed with best-in-class digital products and having experts along the product lifecycle to achieve that.

As a UI Engineer for Design System you will be a part of service provider team dealing with multiple development, design and product dependencies on a daily basis. This role requires proficiency in engineering and passion for responsive, accessible and user-friendly UI.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers and stakeholders to improve Design System deliverables in the aspects of performance, accessibility and business priorities

• Develop and maintain efficient solutions and features for Design System environment, i.e. components library, design tokens, internal and external documentation services, design-development tools etc.

• Improve user experience of internal services and customer-facing applications

• Build your expertise on JS, React and Design System architecture and contribute valuable ideas to your team and our vast IT setup

Your skills and experiences

• Great practical knowledge of Javascript (Typescript), ReactJS, Vite, react testing library, Storybook

• Great knowledge of modern semantic markup and solid proficiency in modern CSS, including following technologies and concepts: postcss, styled components, SASS, CSS modules, functional CSS, methodologies like BEM, ITCSS etc.

• Hands-on experience with custom or open-sourced Design Systems / React UI libraries

• Confident understanding of UI composition patterns (atomic design), principles of building a shared UI library and respective documentation

• Desire to expand your knowledge by learning new stuff and sharing insights with the team

• 3+ years experience as a Frontend engineer

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Practical experience with documentation and/or jamstack frameworks will be a plus
