Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Identify surplus airframe and airframe parts from airlines, maintenance facilities, leasing companies, and part brokers
  • Manage and negotiate airframe material and component packages for purchasing and sale
  • Valuate airframe material, prepare and provide decision memo for USM material packages to management
  • Monitor progress of USM material projects and initiate corrective measures to ensure success
  • Attend periodic meetings with other USM account managers to coordinate activities and share knowledge and market development
  • Significant interface with product sales, rotable trading, strategic purchasing department, and supply chain management
  • Process documentation according to instruction and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 1-2 years of experience in Aviation / Customer Service / Contract Management required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German and Spanish language desirable
  • Aviation MRO, Accounting, Customer Service knowledge required
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint, AvSight as expert
  • Excellent business sense
  • Excellent cost consciousness
  • Strong detail oriented
  • Strong innovation
  • Strong understanding of mathematical concepts
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Strong project management
  • Excellent quality consciousness
  • Responsible of budget: costs and revenue
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
