    We are looking for a strong Global Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to drive major key accounts, applying commercial best practices in the regions.
    Are you a dedicated business leader of business management and development of the global key customers who is able to develope,
    enhance and secure a leading market position as well as to increase the market share and improve the operating profit at key customers?

    Your tasks

    • Identify new strategic business opportunities and customers.
    • Define & implement a profitable growth strategy with key customers (increasing revenue and operating profit).
    • Design new business processes for customer development, management and create new sales tools.
    • Develop compelling sales value propositions and market attractive pricing models.
    • Build and maintain contact and close cooperation with key customers (decision makers and stakeholders).
    • Develop compelling product USP’s together with the product planning and development function (aligning our product roadmaps vs. our key business objectives).
    • Lead and coordinate international and multifunctional teams.
    • Provide educated market input to shape our global product strategy.
    • Ensure compliance to local market certification and regulatory.
    • Drive and monitor information flow and brand messaging across our global customer base (communication strategy / channel communication).
    • Provide educated input to develop corporate best practices and systems; promote Excellency in sales management.
    • Responsible for commercial and technical risk management.
    • Implement and drive change management among key customers.
    • Monitor account revenue and ‘global’ competition.
    • Coordination of international service activities for key customers.
    • Business planning / forecasts (incl. new business).


    Your profile

    • Master´s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, additional MBA education is an advantage.
    • More than 5 years of commercial experience in strategic sales, business development and KAM roles.
    • At least 10 years of experience working in international Oil & Gas and Chemical industry in a customer facing role, and several years experience working with drive technologies or/and turbomachinery equipment (compressors, pumps and turbines).
    • Proven track record in working at end user, EPC and OEM level, in driving business development activities with internationally dispatched stakeholders.
    • Experience in managing customer contacts and project development within complex matrixed organizations, both internally and externally.
    • Willingness to travel extensively, both locally and globally (~50%).
    • Fluent in English. German language skills are a plus.
    • Digital savviness is expected.
    • Working experience of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
    • Finally, you will demark yourself with a strong management leadership, with proven business acumen, with a natural networking capability, and with exceptional communication and negotiation skills at C-Level.
