Do you want to be part of the development team, working in a highly professional technology environment and being part of our vision towards autonomous driving?As a Virtual Test Development Engineer (m/f/diverse) you are member of the extended project team.You are responsible for build up a virtual test setup to verify the different functionalities, which are developed for our sensors. A key activity for this role is the further development with focus on high automation rate of the realized hardware in the loop test systems to ensure reliable sensor functionality for assisted and autonomous driving. You will be part of a worldwide team working on new leading-edge products.Your tasks are in detail:Interface to the project team regarding development status of the test systems Driving the development of new test concepts, equipment and methods Bring-up / development / adaption of camera hardware in the loop systems in cooperation with global HiL development and test team Concept, specification and execution of testcases to validate advanced driving assisted systems (ADAS) cameras up to series production Integration of test cases into CI/CT/CD setup Continuous improvement of test automation and usability L1-Integration of different components Analysis, documentation and communication of HiL setup and related test results Qualifications Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable field of study Experienced in testing of electronic components, ISTQB certificate optional Funded experience with programming with C, C++, and Python Knowledge in DevOps toolchain: version control system (e. g. GIT) and continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous development (z. B. Jenkins) Knowledge of simulation software (e. g. IPG CarMaker) Knowledge about functionality of ADAS and the integration in L1 or L0 systems Optional knowledge about vehicle bus systems, rest bus simulation or signal manipulation Very good German and English language skills written and spoken Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
