About the team and the role:

Our team supports eBay’s operations across the EMEA region, including established markets such as the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain, as well as emerging markets like Turkey. We play a key role in enabling smooth commerce by ensuring goods move accurately and efficiently through our warehouse operations.

This role focuses on day-to-day warehouse activities that support the flow of inbound and outbound goods. You will work closely with warehouse colleagues and managers in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to operational quality, productivity, and customer experience.

What you will accomplish:

• Receive and accurately register inbound shipments to support inventory integrity
• Facilitate the efficient movement of goods through general warehouse activities
• Prepare and ship items at the end of each day to meet operational timelines
• Consistently meet daily quality standards and productivity goals
• Communicate progress, challenges, and observations with managers to support smooth operations
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
  

What you will bring:

• Interest in luxury items and attention to handling products with care
• A hands-on, proactive approach to work in a warehouse setting
• Ability to adapt to changing workflows and responsibilities
• Clear verbal communication skills and comfort working both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to work on your feet for several hours and lift up to 15 kg as needed
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
