As a WORKING STUDENT AGILE TRANSFORMATION, I am a key player in the Lufthansa Group Agile Transformation Office (ATO) – a cross-functional team of agile experts and practitioners – supporting Lufthansa Group departments on their agile learning and transformation journey.

  • I am an ambassador for agile values, agile mindset and agile frameworks 
  • I am developing products and services to scale agile ways of working and agile transformation within LHG
  • I am a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy and equipped with strong communication skills
  • I assist in concrete transformation projects by applying project management skills, agile/innovation methodologies or digital skills
  • I am driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions 
  • I work pragmatically with strong hands-on mentality and support teams to deliver high quality solutions with speed 
  • I work in an international environment with a diverse team
