ABOUT THIS ROLE
Based in Berlin, Audible GmbH is looking for a Working Student – Brand & Content Marketing Operations DE. As part of the German Marketing team, you will support internal coordination processes that help us plan, track and deliver marketing campaigns effectively. You’ll work closely with team members across brand, content and finance to ensure operational excellence behind the scenes.
As a Working Student in Brand & Content Marketing Operations, you will...
- Maintain and update internal trackers for budget planning and monthly reporting
- Support the creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders
- Help manage project management tools and shared documents
- Coordinate timelines and status updates for internal campaign planning
- Assist with reporting for Brand & Content Marketing campaigns
- Support campaign managers with creative development and rollout
- Assist in creating and reviewing marketing assets (e.g. visuals, copy, video)

OUR OFFER
- Student position for 20h per week
- Compensation of €15.30 per hour
- 12 months contract

- Full time enrollment in a German state-accredited (staatlich anerkanntem) Bachelor or Master program, in the Berlin/Brandenburg area, and have at least 1 year of studies left - expected graduation after October 2026
- Business fluency of written and spoken English and German (Native)
- Experience using Excel, Google Sheets and digital collaboration tools
- First-hand experience in marketing operations, finance or project coordination
- Interest in internal processes, workflows and campaign structures
- Analytical mindset and solution orientation
- Reliable, proactive and communicative
- Strong attention to detail and structured working style
