Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Contribution to strategic HR projects with a focus on competence management and strategic workforce planning
- Support in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of (virtual) presentation and workshop formats
- Exploring and applying AI tools for content creation and adaptation, data analysis and preparation
- Collaboration with an interdisciplinary subject matter expert team in Germany and internationally
- Support in day-to-day business tasks of the HR Excellence function
Your profile
- Enrolled student in an advanced Bachelor's / Master's program
- Initial practical experience in industry or consulting in relevant areas of work
- Independent and structured way of working, very good analytical skills
- Affinity for competence management, workforce planning, and personnel development
- Confident, responsible handling of AI tools and interest in their productive use in HR
