Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Support the Customer Service Strategy and Business Development team in its various activities along the Customer Service and BSH strategy process
- Create and review presentations, prepare underlying data analysis, conduct market research
- Support Customer Service Home Connect activities with app reporting and performance analysis as well as app maintenance
- Set, prepare and document meetings and workshops
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders in an international setting
Your profile
- Master studies in business, economics or similar
- Self-starting analytical thinker with affinity to numbers and strong organisational and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Enjoys working in an international environment
- Very good MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
- Fluent in English and German
