Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Analyze, structure and summarize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Evaluate production data and core KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and independently run internal and external benchmarking projects
- Rethink and help redesign reporting concepts and dashboards to improve decision making
- Support management presentations and develop cross‑functional concepts, contributing own ideas
Your profile
- Enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics or a related program.
- Strong analytical skills and solid numerical literacy.
- IT affinity; confident with Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SQL or Python is a plus.
- Well organized, able to work independently, and proficient in developing cross‑functional concepts.
- Strategic thinker with fluent German and English language skills
