Working Student Digital Content (80 - 100%, all genders)

As a WORKING STUDENT, I am a key player in supporting the CoP Content team to process and facilitate requests for the various tenants of the Lufthansa Group. In line with our mission to deliver consistent, high-quality content across web, app, and notifications for all Lufthansa Group tenants.

I support the team in organizing, structuring, sorting, documenting, reporting, and maintaining content on the LHG communication channels.

• Tasks Management – Monitor, organize, allocate and respond to incoming requests and queries coming via emails or via ticket portal in a timely and professional manner.
• Internal Communication – Organize and structure the Content Team’s internal communication environments (e.g. OneNote, Miro, etc.): Organize notes, meeting minutes and agendas, streamline information, and suggest improvements
• Organize Digital Assets – Review, sort and archive digital assets to improve structure and accessibility within our Content Management System
• CMS maintenance – support the team in small editorial tasks
