The Product Management Department is responsible to guide the product management initiatives and to steer the product governance globally.   What awaits you? In this position, you will mainly support the team in ongoing projects and businesssss activities. Supporting the product team in the optimization of current products and services as well as with the development of innovative offerings always in a customer centric way. Market research and reviewing financial product and services trends including competitive benchmarks in retail and corporate business. Assisting in the processes from idea generation, product definition, piloting and testing towards roll-out, implementation and launches of new products and services. Informing and aligning with stakeholders in headquarters and markets. Facilitate and actively support best practice sharing across markets and departments via e.g. workshops and trainings. Preparation of management and product/sales presentations. What should you bring along? Enrolled in Bachelor/Master’s study (second half of the program) in the field of Business Administration or similar. Affinity with the automotive industry. First practical experience in the automotive or financial sector would be considered a plus. Business German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint. Attention to details. Analytical thinking.
